this is evident from mohali test br.... amit mishra did much better than what kumble possibly could have done. Dhoni also is much better captain then kumble. So, kumble should also say bye to cricket. And yes many more talents like yuvraj, raina, rohit sharma are not getting chance only b'coz seniors are preferred during the selections

its not all about god playing.....and dont tel me that you eill be satisfied if youngsters come in....they might not be able to show upto the expectations of the spectators.
changes are a part of life....experiments have to be done always to get the most out of your inputs....
dhoni might be better but the place for kumble in test is defined and specific...its difficult for any of the others players to show such bowling techniques in test matches...

at some point of time..senior players are going to retire..and they have to give way to youngsters ... youngsters should have enough experience in first class cricket..it requires a lot of concentration and temperament to play long innings and bowl longer spells..as we can see gambhir had enough experience in first class cricket and ,he is using it very well in all forms of cricket..therefore selectors should get a lesson that youngsters who have performed well in u19 should not be taken directly in the team..indeed they should give players some time to get mature

u can not go 4 a test match without experience.the current australian team is suffering due to lack of experience .so if aussies r suffering so much any team team can suffer.so it's important that the experienced retire only wen there is enough experience behind them.

well..it wont be easy to replace people like Dada and RD, though there are many promising youngsters available in domestic circuit like Rohit Sharma, Yuvraj Singh and Badrinath to name a few. It is going to be a difficult phase for these youngsters to get into their shoes. But, considering the immense talent that some of these palyers possess..I hope with in a year or two they should be able to fit in their roles. Atleast Sachin and Laxman should not retire early on..they should guide these youngsters to how to  cope with stress thats associated with playing test cricket.
